I am running v10.7 and can pull the running VMs and get basic data. I want to be able to monitor temperature gauges on the my VMs.
My question is: How can I monitor the physical hosts systems?
I can see the hardware health status in VSphere client but I want to be able to display this information in NMP without using SAM. I would much rather be able to get all of the information into one location than vSphere and NPM.
Is it possible to do this without using SAM?
Since it appears that what I want to accomplish can only be accomplished through SAM, does anyone know if Orion NPM is ever going to support CIM/WMI/IPIM/WBEM capabilities?
