I have a client who purchased Orion NPM back in the 10.2 era (2011). They have not been utilizing the tool until now. I noticed that the updates have a cut off (grayed out) at anything beyond version 10.3.1. I would imagine because they need to renew support and their support ran out after release 10.3.1. In the mean time, can version 10.2 be updated to 10.3.1 without getting a new license key or the end user having a current support agreement?
