Hi,
We have just recently updated a customer of ours to ESX 5.1 update 3 and now in SolarWinds NPM the virtual machine state in List of Virtual Machines is showing as Unknown and we can no longer get data for memory and CPU usage per VM from the ESX host.
Has anyone experienced this before and found out how to fix it?
I raised a case with SolarWinds techinical support yesterday but they are experiencing higher than usual demand and taking a long time to get back to me.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
