Orion NPM is unable to resolve the domain name of the device from which a Syslog message is received.

Hello All,

Need you assistance in figuring this one out.

We are using NPM to receive our Syslog messages from our Cisco devices.   What we are seeing right now (only for some devices)  is that under "Hostname" we get the device's IP Address, but the System name comes correctly every time.

We are using NPM 11.0.1 and have already made sure that these devices have forward and reverse DNS records.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
