Monitor remote devices

Good day folks!

Below is a very basic representation of a problem I am face with.

Our Solarwinds NPM server sits in our Data Centre which is protected by a firewall that only allows access to known networks.

However, router in orange does not have an valid LAN IPs. All the interfaces has /30 IPs. As result of this, my security team is reluctant to allow access to these 2 host networks access to the firewall.

This brings me to my question. I looking for ideas to monitor routers like the orange router below.

I've been thinking if there is a server that can sit outside the Data Centre firewall and act as a "proxy" for the SNMP traffic. Yay or nay?

I would appreciate any feedback.

Thank you for reading at least.
