SSH and Telnet icons

So - I finally figured out how to get my browser to telnet and SSH to my devices in NPM.  Now I can't figure out what happened to the icons that used to appear for each node that let me do that.  I've searched everywhere, and no luck.  I know we removed them originally.  How do I add them back in?

For those who can't get those icons to work, this is what helped me:

I followed their example exactly except their Putty.exe was in the root of program files (x86) - mine was in a Putty directory.
