Hi, I am seeing some odd QoE issues and was wondering if anyone else has run into this. For whatever reason, my QoE apps will just stop working. The agents show up and connected, but the status of the monitors is down, and changing them to 'enabled' doesn't work. At least, it doesn't work when I do it. In yesterday's case, the outage started around noon, I tried getting it back up and running throughout the afternoon, to no avail. Then, for whatever reason, near 6pm I started getting data again (even though I had gone home at 4:30 and didn't do anything).
Just wondering if anyone else has run into this and what I might be able to try. These are all server agents, btw. Here is an example of what I am talking about. Thanks!
