NPM migration problem.

I have NPM 10.2.2 and NTA 3.9 installed, but now I want to migrate and upgrade only NPM into new server. DB server will be same, I renewed my license only NPM, not NTA. How do it?

I've been looking for and I don't know How?

I don't know whether I might use this upgrade path because I only need use NPM.

Or  this upgrade path but in this case, I have a problem because I haven't renewed my NTA maintenance license.
